Registration: To register for the workshop, please complete and return the registration form to Brenda Thomas (bthomas @ uchicago.edu). The deadline to register is Thursday August 12, 2010.
Hotel Accommodations: Workshop participants are responsible for their own accommodations. A limited number of rooms is available at Club Quarters. The special rate of $119/night is guaranteed if the reservation is made by August 12, 2010. Please reserve your room as soon as possible by calling Club Quarters Member Services during business hours at 212-575-0006 . Travel Funds: A limited amount of financial support is available to assist participants. The actual size of the awards is dependent on need and availability of funds with priority given to students and post-docs. The award will not cover the total cost of attending the workshop. The funds are in the form of a reimbursement for actual expenses. Advanced airfare purchases must be for economy class on a U.S. carrier. To apply for funding, please fill out and return the request form to Brenda Thomas (bthomas @ uchicago.edu). Travel fund requests must be received by Thursday, August 12, 2010. Late requests may be considered under special circumstances.
